These T's & C's are set to make sure that all animals in our care have the best care provided by us. Apon requesting a booking you will receive these by email or WhatsApp. If you proceed with the booking and pay a deposit then you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  

*Whilst my animal is in the care of Clarkes Pet Boarding Essex they will be named as guardians to my animal/s.

* I cannot and will not hold Clarkes Pet Boarding Essex accountable if my animal/s needs vet treatment or suddenly passes whilst in their care. I accept that liability, theft, accident, injury and so on, are not the responsibility to Clarkes Pet Boarding Essex and any such is released from liabilities.

*To the best of my knowledge my animal/s are fit and well and up to date with any treatment they need. I will make sure that i provide all information relating to health if it is needed for my pet.

*In the event my animal/s needs vet treatment, i understand i ill first be contacted. If i am unable to be reached by phone call or message, then i freely allow Clarkes Pet Boarding Essex to take my animal/s to their designated vets. All incurred costs will need to be paid on day of pick up on last day. I understand that if fees are not paid from incurred charges from the vets then my pet will not be handed over.

*I also understand that if my animal/s become ill after their stay at Clarkes Pet Boarding Essex i cannot hold them accountable. 

*I understand any monies paid upfront to hold your booking are non refundable.

*I understand that in cancelling my boarding i will not receive any money back.

*I understand that if my animal/s are not collected on the day arranged, and no contact has been successful, then Clarkes Pet Boarding Essex will hold onto the animal/s and contact relevant departments for animal abandonment.

*I allow photo to be taken of my animal/s
